Studio A : Pilates

The Next Intro to Reformer Series begins on May 6th!

Intro to Reformer
This six week series enables you to apply your Matwork skills & Fletcher Fundamentals to the Pilates Reformer. The added resistance enhances your Pilates practice, challenging your ability to move with greater strength, balance & precision. Prerequisites include completion of the Introduction to Fletcher Pilates® Series, private sessions & permission by the teacher. Advance registration is required through payment. In order to receive a refund for the series, cancellation must occur one week prior to the series’ start date, after which payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Three clients must be registered for the class in order for it to be held. Class is limited to 5 participants.
Thursdays 6:15 pm or Saturdays 10:30am
6 class series $120.

Holiday Schedule Changes at Studio A!

The Studio will CLOSE on Thursday, December 24th and will reopen on Monday, December 28th. The Studio will CLOSE again on Thursday, December 31st and will reopen on Monday, January 4th. A Mat/Towel Class has been added at 12:00pm on Wednesday, December 23rd & 30th. Feel free to contact the front desk for help in adjusting your schedule. (210)828-590
