Studio A-Pilates Blog

This six week series enables you to apply your Matwork skills & Fletcher Fundamentals to the Pilates Reformer. The added resistance enhances your Pilates practice, challenging your ability to move with greater strength, balance & precision. Prerequisites include completion of the Introduction to Fletcher Pilates® Series, private sessions & permission by the teacher. Advance registration is required through payment.  In order to receive a refund for the series, cancellation must occur one week prior to the series’ start date, after which payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.  Three clients must be registered for the class in order for it to be held. Class is limited to 5 participants.

   Thursdays 6:15 pm or Saturdays 10:30am
